Role: Dynamics 365 Support

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

• Supporting Dynamics 365 F/O partners and customers with technical issues such as installation, upgrade, deployment, performance and connectivity using both phone and email communications.
• System and Tech Pod - Supporting partners and customers with technical issues such as setup, configurations, performance and connectivity using both phone and email communications.
• Core Finance Applications Pod (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Reporting) Supporting partners and customers with technical issues such as setup, configurations of the business applications for business processes as part of the Finance, General Ledger, Sales, Receivables, Purchasing and Report via phone and email communications.
