Job Details as below :

Position : Architect

Job Location : Ahmedabad (Gujarat)

Function / Sub Function : Planning, Civil Engineering & Design

Educational Qualification : B.Arch

Experiences: Min 8-10 years of experience in architectural detailed engineering design of residential and commerical buildings, industrial buildings in reputed architectural consultancy firm. Must be familiar with latest softwares in architectural domain like AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch up etc., Exposure to site activities like project execution shall be an added advantage.

Responsibilities :

"1. Concept/Basic engineering/Detail engineering of Infrastructure like R & R Colony, Township, Service Buildings etc.,

2. Preparation of Presentations, Detail Project reports, design Basis, layout etc.,

3. Preparation / Review of drawings and Bill of Quantities.

4. Preparation of Technical Specification and Scope of work for EPC tender, Technical evaluation of bids and discussion.

5. Value engineering- Implementation of new construction technologies, construction material etc.,

6. Ensure the timely and proper interface detailing with other departments. Continuously update the team manager about the trend & innovations".
