The Job
You will be responsible for :

Designing and updating job descriptions.
Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels.
Screening incoming resumes and application forms.
Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Sending job offer emails and answering queries about compensation and benefits.

The Profile

You ideally have knowledge and understanding of human resources best practices.
You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
