4 years + programming and application design experience in relevant technology in a large IT site, predominantly development and support of Applications in the Insurance / Financial Services Domain.

3 years +, Competent level, compliance with structured (waterfall or agile) dev process

Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in COBOL, CICS, JCL, SQL, DB2.

Desired:
Insurance Domain Competencies & Experience:
4 years +, delivering software into production for an insurance organization
Competent level, policy / claims lifecycle understanding
