Ensure Training /Seminars for Customers on the existing as well as new products and any
new features.
Ensure regular visits to the existing clients and also acquire new clients to generate
business.
Working on competitors information and converting then to CPL account.
Ensure repeat orders.
Send Daily, weekly and monthly report to Branch Manager/Branch Sales Manager/Business
Development Manager.
Payment Collection as per agreed PO Terms
Ensure territory coverage/scanning/visits
Ensure optimal utilisation of existing resources and proper tour planning.
Fulfil the assigned sales target in terms of the nos. of printers booked/the sectors covered
/the target industries reached/the territory coverage done/Price realisation achieved /
customer satisfaction level achieved/ timely collections of printer over dues.
Ensure after sales support and help in installation process
Regulatory and Statutory Compliance updation to be done on regular basis
Update Product, Market and competitor knowledge from time to time.
