Our Gold Loan team play an active part in creating a positive energy and atmosphere and seeking out someone who has strong teamwork skills. We are seeking a highly-skilled Area Manager, Branch Manager, Customer Service Executive and Relationship Executive to join our Gold Loan team. Our gold loan facility is designed to suit all needs and look after urgent expenses of our valuable customers. Keeping direct sales process in compliance and Coordination with various divisions Teams for cross sale of Gold loans. Comprehensive sales experience in retail sales.

Role purpose:

• Increasing branch walk-ins & sourcing new customers through local level activities.
• To increase awareness of Gold Loan branch in local areas & thereby increase branch business.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Have clear understanding of FedBank Gold loan Programmes.
• Have clear understanding of documentation required in Gold loan.
• Understand process of Gold Loan disbursals.
• Ensure daily door to door & shop to shop marketing.
• Ensure that Gold Loan branch is popularized in catchment area of 5 square kilometers forenhancing walk-ins resulting in business.
• Maintain customer contact details for customer follow-up by branch team.
• Maintain & update MIS required by Branchteam, Area Manager & Head Office on daily basis.
