Your responsibilities:
Execute manual and automated deployments of Connected Payments software stack.
Contribute to development of operational and deployment automation scripts, recipes, cookbooks
Learn, deploy, and document technologies for the potential deployment of services following a development and release life cycle
Provide and maintain a detailed understanding of the structure and inter-dependencies of systems and leverage this knowledge to improve our build, release, support processes.
Provide production and development support, as needed, for escalations and incidents
Driving ongoing improvements and efficiencies in operational practices, tools processes.
Provide a seamless transition of the application from Product Development to Production Support teams.
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation

Required Skills/Experience:
Experience or exposure to industry standard DevOps technologies (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Run Deck, Artifactory, Vault, Chef, PowerShell, shell scripts), as well as other scripting languages
Experience working with or desire to work under DevOps Agile methodologies; general understanding of both
Experience with basic administration of IIS, Windows Server 2008/2012
Experience in SaaS application management and troubleshooting skills.
Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, resolving complex network service connectivity issues
Experience working in a rapidly changing environment
Experience in monitoring and maintaining large-scale services with various underlying dependencies.
General understanding of common networking/internet concepts: firewalls, NAT, DNS, SMTP, load-balancing
General understanding of virtualization technologies including VMWare and operating or troubleshooting VMs in a highly virtualized environment.
3+ years equivalent, hands-on, experience
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Proficient implementing or using Chef and Hashi corp technologies
Experience with Ruby, PowerShell, Bash scripting for automation.
CI/CD Pipeline development experience
Experience with payment card processing
Experience working in PCI-compliant environments
Experience with F5 administration
Experience in Linux system administration
Experience working with MS SQL, Windows services, WCF services
Experience developing and working with MS SQL queries
ITIL Certification or hands-on experience following modern IT practices influencing Change, Configuration, Release and/or development
