Role: Executive-Business Development

Experience: 0 to 3 Years

Location: Pune

CTC: Depending upon last/current CTC and relevant experience + mediclaim / ESIC + Traveling & Food allowances extra (as per HR policy).

Profile Summary:

Handling end to end business activities for B2B sales

1. Marketing : Creating awareness to the prospective clients

2. Sales: Converting prospects into clients

3. Procurement: Procuring material from vendors

4. Logistics: Arranging transportation and unloading

5. Execution: Coordinating with labor and all activities

6. Billing: Preparing invoices and submitting them

7. Payment Recovery: Ensuring payment from clients

8. After Sales Service: Ensuring customer satisfaction and repetitive business

We want young, dynamic professional with:

Minimum eligibility: Graduation. (MBA (Marketing) / BE will be preferred)
Experience criteria: 0 to 3 years (experience in Construction industry preferred).
Soft skills: Moderate knowledge of English (written / spoken).
Other Skills: Good knowledge of MS office is mandatory.
Summary / KIP (key performance indicator):
End to End B2B sales

(Prospect Identification-Lead generation-Follow up-Conversion to sale)

Assistance in Marketing Activities-

Making presentation, handling quotations and costing

Representing company at client site-

Managing and supervising the work of vendors, contractors and subcontractors on site.

Assistance in Product Vertical Management-

(Handling Procurement-Logistic-Execution-Billing-Recovery-Customer satisfaction-Reference)

Assistance in managing Portal Based Enquiry.

Field work/travelling will be a part of job description.
