Dear Candidate,

BFC Forex and Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for Corporate Manager Sales.


Education: Graduate

Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience

Salary Range: 4.00lac p.a. - 5.50lac p.a. (not a constraint for suitable candidate)

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure that the Branch Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales targets are achieved in accordance with the Company Business Plan.
  • Acquisition of new customers in all segments especially Foreign Exchange corporate sale.
  • Ensure the implementation of appropriate action plans where sales & revenue targets are not being achieved.
  • Help Branch Manager to take appropriate strategies to create the brand value in the market.
  • Manage Foreign Exchange Operations as per statute and RBI Guidelines
  • Driving Corporate sales numbers in the Territory.
  • Ensure highest levels of customer service in every transaction
  • Maintain documentation as per internal / external guidelines
  • Maintain all registers, records and documentation as per guidelines
  • participating in sales promotion activities in the residential and corporate belts.
  • Implementation of corporate sales strategy that addresses different geographical sales coverage.
  • Ensure quality control of all corporate sales output pertaining to customer acquisition and service delivery
  • Instrumental and key role in setting up, and subsequently managing the corporate sale business line for BFC Forex.
  • Engage and propose the development of new marketing propositions for corporate sale operations.

Customer Focus:

  • Ensure that excellent customer relationships are built and maintained with all appropriate levels.
  • Ensure that the team delivers best in class customer service for the initial transaction of any subsequent follow up regarding a query.
  • Spend time in the market, meeting different types of the customers and listening to their feedback and assisting with advice on their transactions.
  • Take the lead in resolving customer complaints and issues and showing the other staff how customer service should be defined.
  • Ensure all feedback from the customers is fed to the Regional Head.
  • Identify ways of improving the branch efficiency and services delivered.

 Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure full controls are in place to maintain proper and appropriate conduct of business practices by fully implementing the Branch procedures, policies, and control processes.
  • Where issues are identified with policies and procedures, comments should be fed up to the Regional Heads with suggested amendments.
  • Ensure POS processing systems are accurate with payment and customer data to ensure payment queries are kept to a minimum.
  • Ensure day-to-day compliance with the Companys own internal AML policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper handover is taken before the Branch Manager when proceeds on leave.

Please note that Candidate with corporate sales experience in forex Industry will preferable.
