Job Description

As an Assistant Operations Manager to take overall care of mainly outbound voice sales process like real estate etc., In charge of voice process team of Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, Process Associates in co-ordination with the Training and Quality team. Sales and lead generation. Take care of SLA, Targets, attrition, shrinkages etc.
