- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Build and Retain a Portfolio of Retail and SME Clients for achieving the assigned target numbers and service standards.
- Research on potential tie-ups for Borrowers acquisition - Identifying potential new tie-up opportunities.
- Interacting with channel partners and upholding relationship with them.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with the clients for repeat business or referrals.
- Responsible for ensuring the overall process of loan disbursement to clients.
- Reporting and Monitoring performance to ensure that targets are achieved.
Attributes:
- 3-5 years of experience / Fresher
- Self-Starter, ability to work independently
- Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement, strong interpersonal skills in a team environment is a must.
- Excellent verbal communication skills required
Location : Malad(Mumbai)
Experience : 1 to 5yrs
Salary : 2.5 Lac p.a
