Handling Plastic, ADC, ZDC, Rubber parts in Automobile Industry

Job Description

1. New source evaluation and selection

2. Process design finalization for Plastic, Aluminium Die Casting, Zinc Die Casting

3. Tooling cost settlement for NPD BOPs.

4. Part cost settlement for NPD BOPs

5. Blanket PO release after process actualization/ stabilization.

6. Technical specification review with CFT for new development.

8. Monitor NPD to ensure timeline

9. Participate as CPD coordinator with CFT during regular NPD reviews

10. Releasing daily, weekly, & monthly MIS for above activities.

Required Skills

1. Costing of commodities like Plastic, ADC, ZDC, Rubber

2. Knowledge of Engineering and manufacturing processes of Plastic, ADC, ZDC, Rubber

3. New Product Development

4. Knowledge of Process Tools, Jigs & Fixtures is essential

5. New Supplier Evaluation

6. Should have strong Problem- solving skills and attention to detail are essential

7. Attitude to work in challenging environment.

8. Knowledge of Oracle Purchasing module.

9. Strong knowledge of APQP/ PPAP processes.
