Roles and Responsibilities

Good Knowledge of CNC /VMC / HPDC machines/SPM Machines

Good Knowledge of Installation & commissioning of CNC/VMC/SPMs

Can handle shifts independently with breakdown reports

Can do preventive ,Predictive maintenance ,Breakdown / troubleshooting of CNC,VMC,SPMS

Can update the records of PM, Breakdown , checkpoints ,condition monitoring , do analyses top breakdowns

Can understand Maintenance electrical& mechanical drawings during troubleshooting

Good knowledge & implementation modification in machines /kaizen /5s /Safety

Good Knowledge of CNC /VMC / HPDC machines/SPM Machines

Good Knowledge of Installation & commissioning of CNC/VMC/SPMs
