Job Description

Need 5+ Years of experience.
Involving entire recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates.
Should be flexible to work on Commission basis.

Work closely with the Business Development Managers & Sales Managers.

Screening the consultant profiles talking to them and based on their technical and experience.
Basic knowledge in Recruitment process is added advantage.
Excellent English Communication Skills.
