Job Description

Qualification/ Age: - Any degree preferably with M.B.A in Marketing - Age not less than 30 and not more than 35 years,
Salary: - Minimum 8 lakhs In case of outstanding / deserving candidate the CTC can be stretched to 10 lakhs per annum,
Industry Background:-Should have worked in reputed companies in Logistics / SCM/ 3PL /Transportation
Role Purpose:-
The purpose of the role is to acquire Prospects in all verticals (FMCG, Lighting, Medical, Pharma, Telecom, IT hardware products, etc)
Has to meet new business development targets, identify customer requirements, define market and customize solutions and offerings.
Has to work in close coordination with Regional Manger to increase the sales & new clients
Suitable female candidates can also be considered.
Key Deliverables Functional/ Behavioral competencies:
Plan, develop and implement new strategies
New business development for 3PL / freight forwarding etc
Handle meetings with new clients
Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, new customers etc.
Outstanding clearance within time line / due dates
Business Growth - Q on Q and Y on Y
Shall be goaled on new business acquisition/ Revenue/ Bottom-line growth on these specific sectors
Ability to venture into new markets, new products/Services
Willing to travel across parts of India
