Job Description
:Has passion towards education and effective content communication through visuals.
Has strong subject expertise in at least one of these - Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology and could apply theoretical knowledge to the practical applications through simulations, experiments, and varied audio visual elements
. Has exquisite communication skills verbal and written, you are able to communicate clearly and efficiently in multiple formats, including email, written documents, digital presentations and verbal conversations. Being multilingual is a plus
Shows adaptability and ability to multitask, manages the team at lower level while meeting deadlines and training other team members in different processes,
Has the ability to embrace chaos, uncertainty and volatility and work with a diverse set of stakeholders, in an agile and dynamic environment that promotes innovation,
Identifies loopholes in the existing processes and brainstorm and design creative ways to improvise them
Makes learning easy for students from different backgrounds and of different cognitive abilities and yourself should be open to learning new concepts and tools.
Is a creative communicator and a meticulous editor, who can idea and implement effective teaching methodologies with great attention to details
Is kind, collaborative, runs by example for the team, motivates the team to increase their efficiency consistently..
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to
Building and mentoring a team of content associates, which involves following up and giving feedback to ensure tasks are of expected quality and on time,
Brainstorming and researching to generate new product ideas, driving collaboration with designers and engineers to get products ready to ship,
Researching and identifying learning strategies for students of all backgrounds and cognitive abilities.
Designing questions, adaptive assessments and personalized lesson plans,
Writing, reviewing and visualizing intuitive and engaging scripts for videos, books, and games
