Desired Candidate Profile
- Gathering business requirements, analyzing data/workflows, and defining the scope of projects.
- Performing business analysis, process analysis, GAP analysis, and articulating the business requirements into functional requirements & creating use cases.
- Creating/delivering correspondence, presentations, and other materials for end-user training.
- Working closely with the offshore team to convey Technical and Functional specifications.
- Coordinating with the UI designer to prepare the prototype for the application.
- Documentation of business rules / functional requirements to support system enhancements.
- Maintaining Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) and utilized the Clear Quest for change requests and defect tracking.
Note:
Candidates with 1-2 years of experience as a Test Engineer/ Quality Analyst can apply.
