Job Description:
The Incumbent ensures that staffing requirements are met to identify, attract and onboard top talent to efficiently and effectively meet dynamic business needs. This position is responsible assisting with development of recruiting strategy and working with Heads of the departments to assess hiring needs and interview candidates for positions.
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
Responsible for development, implementation and administration of recruitment programs Assist with development of innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of each client, internal department, and appropriate stakeholders.
Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.
Partner with HR and Compensation to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates
Leverage various resources - internet, community organizations, and formal/informal networks, to directly and indirectly source qualified candidates
Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process
Responsible for developing and applying an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role.
Tracking/Verifying/registering bio metric attendance of Vendor Staff in all the 16 sites, which was shifted from Manual attendance tracking & OT calculations to automated systems on monthly basis.
Maintaining/Verifying site vendor staff bills for all payroll related activities and attaining approvals.
Responsible for all HR Generalist activities with additional responsibility of handling/managing Blue collar staff of sites across Gurgaon. Maintaining Strong communication systems with the aim of regularizing all Onsite compliance.
Eligibility:
Good in presentation/communication skills.
Preferably from Real Estate background
Must have high Level of passion and ownership
Comfortable working in dynamic work environment
