Roles and Responsibilities

•  Managing Customer and Service Business as per the guidelines & norms of the company
• Lead generation/inquiry generation activities.
• Conversion of lead/inquiry in to sales and follow up for execution of order with back end team.
• Sales promotion activities
• Achieving monthly target of billing, booking and collection as per projection.
• Development and growth of assigned territory though exiting customer and potential customers.
• Technical presentation/discussion with customers to convert inquiry in to order.
• Attend monthly meetings along with business data.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skill.
• Should be able to independently handle customer interaction for technical & commercial negotiations
• Should have strong affinity towards service business
• Responsible for Order and Payment Collection.
• Reporting on a periodical basis to Seniors
• Technical knowledge related to water treatment will be added advantage.
• Willing to travel to other locations.
