Senior Program Manager - Hyderabad @ Microsoft

As part of this role, you will:

• Identify and deliver new integrations working closely with partners, customers, engineering teams and product managers.
• T ranslate new opportunities into detailed and effective specifications, and drive execution .
• Define roadmap, scope your scenarios, contribute to testing , and execute end-to-end through release.
• Maintain continuous engagement with key enterprise customers, partners, and our engineering and security research teams to implement key customer scenarios
• Work closely with external partners, support teams , and customers to address blockers, bugs, and feature opportunities and partner with our engineering teams to resolve issues and drive fixes
• Manage schedules, risks, and dependencies with effective communication to the team and senior management .

Required Qalification:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related discipline OR 5+ years engineering program and/or product management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of security industry and cyber security products ; working with Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) technologies is an advantage .
• Experience working with enterprise customers and partner engagements , strongly preferred .
• Demonstrated customer focus. Relentless in pursuit of insights into how the product is doing in market.
• Demonstrated history of delivering products/scenarios spanning cross-group, cross-division.
• Highly cooperative, empathetic, and strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently, create clarity and align differing viewpoints .
