Title Recruiter- Lateral Recruitment

About Process Responsible for understanding the resource requirements of various business units
Overall responsibility of identifying, selecting, offering and on boarding of candidates
Strategizing the recruitment process to ensure quality hiring within the SLA
Single point contact for internal clients and the senior management for diverse hiring requirements
Interact with the operations teams frequently and maintain an excellent relationship with them
Develop and manage different channels of recruitment to ensure candidate availability and keep the cost of hiring at the optimum level
Play an active role in understanding the resource requirements of the business and making plans towards fulfilling them
Maintain and develop internal database

Location Mumbai / Ahmedabad

Requirement Excellent Communication Skills (8/10 or above)
Strong knowledge & experience of MS Word & Excel
Education Graduate with 4 + years of strong experience into Lateral Hiring from BPO background
Strong experience in Onboarding required along with end to end recruitment
Shift timings 11.30 am to 8.30 pm (Should be flexible to work till late hours, if required)
Transport Boundaries Source candidates only from nearby locations (Candidates from Central Line & Harbour Line will not be considered)
