Engineering Manager

Currently we are on the lookout for amazing Engineers, one who will be writing some amazing codes and help us build even more amazing products! This role will have the responsibility to drive the vision, design, strategy, and implementation of integrated web systems in order to support the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Apart from writing amazing codes, lead the organization's strategy from a technical aspect to ensure

alignment with its business goals

• Manage team sprints and ensure operational efficiency for the team
• Managing timely delivery of commitments by providing necessary direction to team
• Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs
• Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal targets
• Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence
• Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity
• Use stakeholders feedback to device necessary improvements and adjustments to technology

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Should have 9 + years of experience in building end to end full-stack product
• Experience with building production systems for a startup or an Organization
• Good command over NodeJs and its internals is expected. Knowledge about ethereum blockchain

desirable

• Should be comfortable with RESTful web services/ APIs using ExpressJS
• Should be comfortable with server side technologies as well Python, Node.js, Docker,

Kubernetes, Git etc

• Should have good command over cloud infrastructure AWS (preferred), MS Azure or Google Cloud
• Should have keen attention for detail and should be obsessed with building a good product
