Job Description

Responsibilities -

- Perform requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, reviewing and implementation - Work closely with the manager to prioritize the requirements based on technical dependencies for product development - Developing the detailed design structure after understanding the business requirements

- Lead, assist and guide the PM/BA in project coordination - Identifying risk, issues, dependencies, and planning mitigation action with the PM at project level - Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project - Provide mentoring and coaching to junior team members

- Team management and customer interactions during technical discussion and solutioning - Participate in weekly team meetings and IT support team to discuss progress and issues to be resolved and report progress on a weekly basis Requirement - - Master s or Bachelor s degree (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/ Information Science/Telecommunications) - 10-12 years IT experience - Certified in a JEE technology stack added advantage

- Exposure to responsive / progressive web development would be an added advantage

- Good hands-on programming, design, technical documentation

- Knowledge in Software architecture, Software development, Software deployment, Server & hardware installations, platform configuration, DevOps, Agile-Scrum and PM principles - Knowledge of software development lifecycle, standards, approaches, utilities, and OS environmen

t - Capability to prepare architecture for the JEE solution - Technology Stack - Deep understanding and hands-on experience: b.
Java front-end development (SpringWebflow, Java Server Faces 1.2) c.
Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax) d.
Service Oriented Architecture in Java (TIBCO webservices, SOAP, WSDL, Spring, REST APIs, XML, XSLT) e.
Oracle (JDBC, PLSQL) d.
Knowledge of IBM Mainframe integration Excellent understating in DevOps a.
Development Tools (Eclipse, GIT, Nexus, Maven, ANT, JBOSS App Server, SOAP UI) b.
Continuous Integration Tools (Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, CA Release Automation, CA Server Virtualization, Test Data Manager, OpenShift) c.
Service Management tools (Jira) Work on Design patterns, UML Design, Application and DB clustering - Strong analytical, logical, problem-solving, and leading a team with decision-making ability

- Good oral and written communication skills

- Good team player, self-starter, and good analytical skills
