Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage deal activities from receipt to submission, engaging supporting functions (Practice Leads, Product, Finance, Legal, Information Security, Professional Services, etc.) to provide timely input.
  • Deal Activities include (but arent limited to) managing the production of: solutions documents and pricing for proactive proposals, RFP responses, security and compliance audit responses, technical reviews, renewals and related contracts.
  • Co-owns the execution and results of business proposals with the Sales team.
  • Create customer-specific supporting materials that convincingly demonstrates our understanding of the customer situation and how the [24]7.ai solution meets those needs.
  • Manage the consolidation, packaging and production of electronic and hard copy deal documents.

Required Qualifications

  • Have a 4-year Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or Technology; MBA Desirable.
  • Have 3 or more years experience in a professional sales support, marketing or technical capacity.
  • Knowledge of project management best practices highly desirable with PMP Certification a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of competence (business or technical) in prior assignments.
  • Highly organized and able to keep multiple projects and project threads on track.
  • Results-driven: motivated to meet submission deadlines with a high degree of quality. Able to learn from prior experiences and apply those for continual improvement.
  • World-class writing and communications skills that enable the production of concise, compelling business proposals.
  • Experience working collaboratively with multiple cross-functional teams to design and implement effective business proposals.
  • Ability to analyze the component parts of a deal and ensure the elements come together to form a cohesive whole.
  • While technical experience is not required, the successful candidate should be comfortable with complex situations and the supporting elements that enable a winning business proposition.
