Qualification: Electronic Graduate

***Prior experience in electronic industry is mandatory.

Responsibilities

1.Receipt of purchase order from customer.
2.Check that the PO is ok technically and commercially clear. Ask for amendments and co-ordinate.
3.Send acknowledgement to customer about receipt of p.o.
4.Enter the order in purchase order book, give file no ,make job card & send it to production dept.
5.Co-ordination of customer Requirements and SECPL production plan. Inspection calls etc.
6.Received bill from billing dept check all necessary details as per checklist.
7.Co-ordinate for any issues with billing. E.g. road permits, addresses, postponement, preponement etc.
8.Statutory and regulatory knowledge about taxation, import and export.
9.Follow up for payments, payment reminders.
10.Marketing Reports, File closing in hard and soft copy.
11.Updation of all the statutory required excise registers etc.
12.Customer complaints registration and coordination. All the customer mailers. Acknowledgements etc.
13.Sales Enquiries- acknowledgement , giving quotations and maintaining the record for the same. Reports.
