Job Description :-

We are looking for a capable Process Associate to support our company's warehouse operations. You will receive, input, sort, load and unload products and you will perform various Supervisor activities.  

Responsible for running the Station operations :-

• Managing DA's schedules, performance & job assignment.
• Job scheduling, assignment & performance monitoring.
• Achieving performance metrics through constant monitoring.
• Address seller/merchant escalations.
• Manage leave calendar & weekly offs & ensure field activities are carried out without any hindrances.
• Ensure set practices are implemented & followed to the core.
• MIS reports generation & sharing with internal & external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Central ops for performance metrics & exceptions if any.

Note:- E-commerce experienced candidate only.

Salary :- 12k 

Location :- Shahapur , Thane

Experience :- Minimum 6 Months

Qualification :- 12th Pass
