Rohan Group is looking for an investment analyst to grow and manage its Early Stage Investment Portfolio. Rohan Builders is a 28-year-old organisation with interests in Real Estate Development, Civil Engineering Contracting, Infrastructure development, Logistics, Agriculture, Renewable Energy amongst others. It has a portfolio of startup investments across sectors such as prop-tech, health tech, fintech, ed-tech, blockchain, etc.

Basic Responsibilities:

• Build a strong pipeline of innovative startups through angel networks, investment bankers, etc.
• Interact with the startups for initial diligence and fitment check
• Work on presenting the final startups to the management
• Work on due diligence for startups where management shows interest
• Get involved in legal documentation along with legal team: term sheets, shareholder agreements
• Work closely with portfolio companies to understand progress and support required from us

Skills/Experience Required

• Has deep experience in investment analysis of startups
• Experience in playing a role in the investment process, including conducting due diligence, arranging finance and negotiating documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build constructive relationships with internal and external parties (particularly management teams)
