Roles and Responsibilities

Designation:General Manager - Construction

Experience required:14 yrs to 21 yrs

Qualification:Degree in Engineering (Civil) from recognized institute

Strong experience is preferable in High Rise Buildings and Commercial projects

Location :Chennai

Note- Tamil Language is Mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

• Construction activity, Planning, Initiating, executing and monitoring projects along time, cost and quality including maintenance & Coordinate with Projects.
• Monitoring project status during the course of periodic project review meetings.
• Preparing bills for payments and estimating quantities & order of materials for construction.
  
• Inspecting the work as per architectural & structural drawing and maintaining the record of inspection.
• Leading and motivating large teams of workers and technicians and allocation of tasks within teams based on skills profile.
