Access Healthcare provides business process outsourcing and applications services, and robotic process automation tools to healthcare providers, payers, and related service providers. Experience required: 6 months - 1 year

Type: Contract to Hire(3 months contract will be extended based on the performance)

Team: Lateral Hiring

Job location: Ambattur

Core Skills:

• Manage full recruitment life cycle including sourcing resumes, technical screening, interview co-ordination, salary negotiation and offer
• Sourcing best talent from own database, social networking sites, job portals and employees referrals
• Initial screening of the candidate resume, candidates communication skills, attitude, interest and suitability to the requirements
• Constant coordination with technical panels for interviews and timely feedback
• Taking the initial telephonic/face-to-face interview of the candidates
• Follow Up with the candidate to ensure timely joining
• Meet established hiring targets and maintain norms and compliance
• Deliver periodic reports and maintain metrics

External Facing Description:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Working knowledge in MS Office
• Efficient time management and organizing skills
• Efficient data management and handling of portals
