Should have Graduation 

0 - 1 yrs of experience in Recruiter 

Looking for IT recruiter and Volume recruiter both 0 to 1year experience.

Client management
Sourcing for clients positions through various channels (i.e) job portals; social networking sites; conduct interview drives; campus; referencing etc
Co-ordinate interview logistics
Client & candidate interface and nurturance.
Understand the client's requirements & proactively engage with the customer to ensure smooth deliverables
Manage end to end recruitment cycle
Qualities

Good communication skill

Good listener
Strong Sales Skills

Good at multitasking
