Job Description

1. Identification of right candidates for the role of sales officers
2. Promoting sales of the Companys products, achieving and exceeding business targets set by the Company in respect of the clusters branches/outlets within the area of jurisdiction; In line with business targets and mapping.
3. Achieving these targets by providing all possible support to the allotted clusters in promoting life insurance business to their existing customers as also to the prospects. Drive business to the asset base customers of the by using the bank partner database and business.
4. Work to generate business through the liability base CASA customer base of the bank partner branch. Enable the sales officers in the team and equip them with the required knowledge and skill to pitch relevant products to this base of customer. Ensure need based selling by doing the customer profiling and educate the sales officers in the team to do the same.
5. Drive right product mix
6. Driving and supporting all the new business sales and service functions viz. closing sales calls, aiding in completion of documentation, facilitating pre-insurance medical examination, scrutiny of the proposal papers so as to minimize the turnaround time in policy issue; facilitating renewal premium collections, customer service, etc.
7. Ensure download of key organizational communication with the team for their involvement in the mainstream strategy execution. Implementation of the key company strategies in the branches/geographies assigned
8. Promoting the brand image of the Company and implementing all initiatives of the Company related to brand building exercises, as well as maintaining excellent relationship with the corporate agents.
9. Adherence to the company Sales Management Processes & ensure adherence within the team of sales officers
10.Providing daily MIS/report of performance.
11.Arranging exhibitions, customer meets, cluster meets etc.
Such other duties as may be entrusted from time to time;

Experience Required: 5-9 years of experience in Life Insurance industry (Bancassurance Experience preferred).
