We have multiple opportunities for Developers to join our team in Bengaluru. Youll be part of a growing team, delivering value to our customers through creative improvements to Atlassian s flagship product. Youll work closely with our design and product management teams to influencing the direction of the product and helping the team get there. You ll collaborate with other developers, writing code that you are proud of and delivering amazing results that our users love.
As an engineer in Team Ironhide, you will be playing a key role in building, extending, and transforming the present JSM Knowledge base solution into a self-service Knowledge Management system. You will be responsible for building experiences as specified by the product and design team, adhering to Atlassian coding standards.
In this role, you will have opportunities to build new Frontend components, do rapid experimentation, spar and evaluate multiple experience design approaches, integrate with APIs, and set a high standard of quality by ensuring unit tests, integration tests, and automation is in place, and improve on them.
You will work on multiple phases of the project which requires rapid prototyping with a focus on productionization.
On the first day, wed love to have the following skills in you: - Extensive 3+ years of hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS, Typescript, Styling in reacting
- Know-how with regard to front-end tooling such as webpack, Babel, ESLint, etc.
- Understanding of how to build performant, decoupled, testable, and maintainable code
- Proficiency in tools for web app debugging and cross-browser testing
- Understanding and experience in building SPA
- Should possess a customer-first approach and should have a great sense of ownership and Responsibility.
- Should strive for Operational excellence
