Job description

-Freshers and Experienced candidates with 0-2 years experience in a domestic call center.

-Good command over Bengali, English and Hindi language both oral and written. (BENGALI MUST if you don't have fluency in Bengali please don't apply )

-Shall possess great ability in customer service, customer handling, and resolving customer
queries and issues.

-Shall possess problem-solving skills and enhancing customer satisfaction through quick and
efficient resolution.
-Good typing skills

-Flexible to work in 24*7 Shift

- 5 days working and any 2 weekly off

- Immediate joiners only

- Relocation not allowed ( current location have to be in Delhi )
