We are in urgent need of PMO Analyst on contract of 6month for one of our MNC client in Mumbai

Job Location-Thane

Exp Required- 4-7 yr as a PMO Analyst

Shift Timings 2.30 PM to 10.30 PM

Mode of Work- WFM

Candidate should have WIFI/DONGLE (Laptop/system are not mandatory)

Salary- Upto 80k CTC

Job Role-

Management Reporting

o Create presentation materials for multiple governance forums

o Prepare and distribute agenda, Minutes of Meetings and follow up on open actions

Quality Management

o Assist in producing, reviewing, and auditing workstream project plans

o Follow-up with workstreams to provide accurate updates thereby ensuring highest level of quality is maintained.

Third Party Project Management Tool

o Support workstreams in updating their Project Plans in the tool and help in query resolutions (Activities, Interdependencies, etc)

o User provisioning (access management) of the tool

o Manage configuration requests in tool with technical team (incl. meetings with Tech team)

o Conduct additional formal trainings sessions as needed (with the technical team)

o Update Users and runbooks, if required (e.g. to reflect the changes to tool configuration)

o Identify and resolve tool escalation items

Progress Tracking

o Prepare PM tool for meetings with different set of senior stakeholders including workstreams - using Standardised reports and tool dashboards

o Accurately capturing and management of workstreams interdependencies, Risk and Action Log via the tool

o Conduct Audits and Data hygiene in the tool to ensure right details are reflecting in the tool

Administration / Governance

o Highlight possible deviations from plans to the Lead / Sponsor to enable quality decision making

o SharePoint user provisioning (Access Management)

o Assisting on all other ad hoc requests from Lead/Sponsors

Must Have

Worked with project and program managers on overall project governance Global exposure required

Demonstrated experience in Analysis and Reporting (i.e. dashboards, status reports, exception reports to highlight project / program performances, etc.)

Excellent communication skills should be able to hold or lead a conversation with Senior stakeholders and third parties

Flexible, organized, and able to handle multiple and competing priorities

Proactive, Autonomous and able to work with limited instructions

Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills

Ability to work in a very sensitive and confidential environment

Good to have

Prince 2 or PMP qualified

Office 365 application knowledge

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate
