• Sell Plots/Residential property in Hyderabad market.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices.
• Cold Calling.
• Understand clients needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
• Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls.
• Develop network and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales. 
• Someone who is flexible to travel frequently.
• Well verse with Hyderabad Geography.       

Required Candidate profile

• Min 2-4 Years of Experience in selling of plots.
• Interested to work for Real Estate Industry.
• Should be willing to work on Weekends.
• Any Graduation is Must.
• Experience in Real Estate Sales is an Added Advantage.

Functional Skills:

• Understanding of the Real Estate Business.
• Build and handle a strong network of connections.
