Manual tester:

- Should be able to Review and analyze requirement specifications
- Collaborate with other team members to develop effective testing strategies and test plans
- Can execute test cases and analyze results
- Good knowledge of SDLC required
- Defect reporting and defect tracking knowledge
- Root cause analysis and troubleshooting issues
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Individual contributor and Good team player.
- Ability to review test plans, identify gaps and ensure that we are testing customer scenarios end-end (functional and Regression)
