Desired Candidate Profile

Roles and responsibilities 

• Preparation of Import and Export Checklists, Digitally Signing Documents and uploading on E-Sanchit, Icegate Submission and generating Bill of Entry/Shipping Bill Numbers 
  
• For Imports - Obtain Delivery Orders from Shipping Lines, Coordination with Shipping Lines/Customers/Team till clearance
• For Exports - Preparation of VGM, Obtain Form -13, Coordination with Shipping Lines/Customers/Team

Required Candidate profile

1. Should have experience in preparation of Import and Export checklists and filing them online through FOCUS/LOGISYS/OTHER SOFTWARE if any
2. Should be able to classify the Items under the appropriate HS Code and identify the duty structure
3. Knowledge on Import and Export Procedures and Basic Working Knowledge in Customs Act and Foreign Trade Policy
4. Fluency in English
5. Should be able to handle Import and Export Clearances independently 

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Post Graduation Not Required

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
