Please refer Job Description-
1. Develop a strategy to maximize revenue through Retail Sales, Broker & Insurance Relations.
2. To be proactive with locating and developing new business in line with the revenue and sales through the appropriate medium.
3. Maintain structured database, develop data for future use.
4. Establish key relationships with retail clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue.
5. Business acquisition through channel of Insurance and retail channels
6. Ensure that all communications with retail customers are handled within the required time frame and to the company standards to ensure service standards.
7. Liaise with the rest of the team on a day to day basis to obtain all new sales leads.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
