This position would require to study various opportunities for investment or partnering in the strategic spaces to Indiamart core business. These opportunities could be inbound or outbound based on sectoral research. This person would also be taking care of post deal finalization activity such as commercial & financial due diligence, assisting in other procedural work.

• Will be doing sector specific research mapping all the companies in that segment.
• Filtering good companies from sectoral research and then in dept research including financial, product, customer, commercial due diligence on them.
• Meeting with the founders and bridging the understanding gap
• Presenting to the Top management and board all the research work and rationale of choosing the opportunity.
• Working on inbound deals from various sectors.

Qualification: MBA Finance/ Chartered Accountant/CFA (Academically strong is must)
