SUMMARY

Built on Cloud Foundry and K8S, it is a platform of choice to extend, integrate and build innovative cloud native applications at SAP. In the SAP Cloud Platform Foundational Plane organizational unit, we are passionate about delivering everything needed to enable efficient application and extension building in the cloud. This includes world-class, independent technical services and runtimes as well as the harmonization of data models, APIs, and events and improving the developer experience in general.
The Technical Services unit provides the multi-cloud foundation for SAP Cloud Platform and a layer of abstraction for all applications to run on both public clouds [AWS, Azure, GCP, AliCloud] and private cloud. Technical Services around data management, platform services, messaging and eventing etc. form the key portfolio of the unit.
ROLE
As a Developer, you will be working on the following platform service:
Business Eventing & Messaging Service built on event-driven-architecture as a foundational service connecting systems and solutions in a large scale yet loosely coupled distributed system setup, deployed and run on a highly scalable Kubernetes platform underneath. You will be a member of a cross-functional scrum team and take part/lead in all team activities including researching and prototyping alternative approaches, planning, designing, implementing, testing, deploying and operating cloud native services.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrate excellent quality, design, development & delivery skills
Sound understanding of cloud native architecture & development
Masters or bachelor s Computer Science degree in Engineering or Tech from a premiere institute with excellent academic records
4-8 years of relevant experience in software development
