Job Title : Manager -Corporate Social Responsibility
Education : Degree , MSW
Languages : Tamil,Telugu,English

Experience : 15 to 20 yrs in CSR activities
Roles and Responsibilities of CSR Personnel:
- Coordinate surveys of concerning villages like project affected villages and updated village profile.
- Identify the needs of the community and design and take up suitable CSR activities
- Build up rapport with villagers and take their cooperation for smooth functioning.
- Prepare annual activity plan and schedule for CSR activities
- Prepare annual budget for CSR activities and seek approval through management
- Contribute to the planning and coordination of the overall programme in Andhra Pradesh
- Regularly monitor and review the implementation of the programme.
- Provided and / or facilitate programmatic, technical and organizational development support to partners through site visits, mentoring / coaching, technical resources, information and training.
- Facilitate coordination with local and state government departments.
- Creating a positive atmosphere at the project affected villages with
- support from the land losers, key influential leaders, local politicians and officials of the Government by using different strategies.
- Cordial relationship with political and social leaders.
- Meetings with district collector and other govt. / departments periodically
- Ensure submission of monthly progress reports, periodical progress reports, i.e. quarterly, half yearly and annual CSR Report.
The person should be able to take care of CSR activities of the organization.
Note: Only relevant candidate with CSR experience can apply.

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
