Job Description
Session Management
Open sessions for new test centers.
Open sessions for existing test centers.
Use Zendesk to execute requests raised through tickets by test centers with determined SLAs.
Exam association to the test center.
Coordinate and assist with the opening of sessions for window-based programs.
Ensuring sessions are open 6 months in the future.
Internal Stakeholders
Work closely with site admin for site activation, closures, seat changes, etc.
Work with site closure and displacement team to ensure the candidates have been rescheduled.
Work with Channel Managers for
oNotification in case of site closure and impact
oNotification in case of seat or session changes and impact
oCapacity and Availability
oAssociation of exams
External Stakeholders
Respond to test centers with resolution.
Respond to test centers with queries on the ticket
