Job Description

Who are we looking for
We are looking for a skilled Telecom engineer with Vyant Cloud VOIP experience & equally good knowledge in networking.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Vyant Cloud VoIP solution and troubleshooting.
Experience on Decom SBC and SIP technologies.
Strong knowledge on Inbound and Outbound architecture, call flow and call routing Well versed with E1, T1 and SIP technologies.
Good Understanding of cloud native products and technologies.
Knowledge of networking in RedHat technologies will be preferred e.g., Cloud Forms, OpenShift, RHV/OSV, Containers Networking.
Understanding of NFV and Cloud infrastructure for NFV (NFVI) is a plus
Knowledge and experience on virtual routers/switches/LB/Firewalls providers e.g, Cisco, Junpier Networks, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, etc., on Cloud Platform.
Knowledge on VMware Networking technologies e.g., NSX-DC, NSX-T
Experience managing Cisco devices for switching/routing and Fortinet(Firewalls, WebProxy and VPN)
Knowledge and Experience of Networking concepts including SDN, Routing Tables, ACLS, Firewalls, NAT, HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, OSI Model, VPC, Hybrid Connectivity, Network Security, Load Balancing etc.,
Cisco/Juniper LAN/WAN technologies (Routing & Switching), Aruba/Cisco/Meraki Wireless technologies.
MPLS technologies, SD-WAN Technologies from Cisco Viptela/ Silver Peak, VeloCloud / Versa.
Load Balancing technologies from F5 & Netscaler
4 or more years of experience with designing, integrating and troubleshooting IP networks.
In depth knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, routing protocols (i.e. OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, etc.), MPLS, QoS, Multicast, VPLS and VPRN.
Experience on Datacenter technologies like ACI, NSX, Leaf & Spine and SDN technologies.
Process Skills:
Proven practice and knowledge on Cloud based software development and tools as well as traditional set up.
Troubleshoot and Solve IT infrastructure issues working with Business, IT partners and various IT teams.
Maintain deep hands-on technical expertise to assist technical teams in resolving issues in production environments in high pressure situations. This includes all aspects of implementation including configuration, integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Experience in IT- Infrastructure Projects. Infrastructure domain knowledge is essential
Behavioral Skills:
Ability to effectively manage relationships with other infrastructure teams, application teams, stakeholders, business and customer representatives.
Organizational skills with attention to task details, documentation and target dates.
Effective interpersonal, team building and communication skills
Must know when to ask for assistance. Must be approachable, teachable, a team player with a strong desire to continue learning and expanding their experience in a highly evolving technical environment.
Must have good time management skills and be able to meet rigid and urgent assignment schedules.
Proven ability to influence the definition of technical strategies and design solutions
Qualification:
Bachelors degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems and /or equivalent formal training or work experience.
Must have excellent communication skills, flexibility to travel and run the show as individual contributor
Must be certified on Cloud Platform , Professional Cloud Network Engineer (PCNE) and good to have certification from one or more Public Cloud provider e.g., AWS, Azure Cloud Platform.
Other good to have certifications like CCDP, CCNP, CCIE (Datacenter), Checkpoint, PaloAlto, Fortinet, F5.
