Who are we looking for
Mainframe Architect proficient to work in COE related activities. Resource should be responsible to conceptualize ideas, innovations to build solution Accelerators and Automation. Experience in REXX, CLIST programming and any of the automation tool preferred. Should be strong in mainframe technologies COBOL, DB2, JCL, IMS DC,DB as base. Should be proficient in analyze and design skills developing new mainframe solution. Expertise in developing mainframe Architecture and understanding of modern mainframe market trends and Business needs required. Require work experience in transformation projects in terms of mainframe migration to cloud (AWS, Azure), Distributed systems. Knowledge on Infra on Mainframe is required
Technical Skills:

• MF Technologies COBOL/VSAM/JCL
• CICS
• DB2/IMS DB
• REXX

Process Skills:

• Should be strong in analytical skills
• Know the development life cycle

Behavioral Skills:

• Must have Excellent Communication Skills
• Must have Client Facing/Interaction experience
• Should be adaptable to organization requirements and changes
• Share ideas with fellow architects, developers, and delivery teams
• Excellent customer service with excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to proactively find solutions and meet deadlines
