Job Description
Role: MS Azure Administrator (AD)/ Architect
Who are we looking for
We are looking for a lead Azure Administrator (Microsoft AD) that would welcome the opportunity to integrate large enterprise solutions. This Lead Azure Administrator Engineer will provide the expertise, and design services for Azure Security Management for the enterprise. Work closely with IT and business partners to ensure Azure Management solutions meet or exceed security policies and regulatory compliance requirements. This role will provide technical leadership, subject matter expertise and direction on complex projects/initiatives for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Technical Skills:
Maintaining the Azure Active Directory and Azure AD authentication.
Good understanding of Azure services (AKV, Azure App Service, Azure SQL, Azure Storage Account..etc).
Understanding of load balancers, DNS, virtual networks, NSG and firewalls in cloud environment.
Proficiency in cloud security best practices
Good understanding of High Availability and Auto scaling.
ARM templates writing, setup automation for resources provisioning.
Azure update management - Handling updates/Patching.
Demonstrated ability to make decisions, solve and troubleshoot problems based on analysis, experience and judgement.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities to accomplish objectives and goals anticipating and adjusting for problems and interruptions/roadblocks.
Strong written, verbal communications as well as presentation skills.
Process Skills:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Windows & Active Directory (AD) OS Platform support
Experience in administration experience on AD, Azure AD.
Working knowledge of installing, upgrading and configuring on AD platforms
Comprehensive knowledge of Azure Data Platforms.
Experience installing & configuring Microsoft Azure products such as ADLS Gen2, HDInsight, Data bricks, Synapse Analytics
Experience on Azure automation and Automation Desire State Configuration.
Certification would be an added advantage
Experience on other cloud platform would be an added advantage.
Cloud Security/Azure Active Directory/ System Administration
HighAvailability/Configuration/DNS/CI/CD/MicrosoftAzure/Configuring/SQLAzure/ Troubleshooting/ Devops. Experience with Private Cloud and Hybrid cloud configurations, patterns, and security practices/patterns in Azure; scripting and automation technologies; PowerShell ; and experience leading enterprise deployments.
Certification MCP, MCSA, MCSE ( preferred )
Behavioral Skills:
Knowledge in Azure, AD and O365.
Need to have knowledge on Monitoring tools
Team Player
Qualification:
Bachelor of Education/Engineering.
