Job Description
Role: System Engineer (O365/Intune)
Location: Pune/Bangalore.
Who are we looking for
O365 SME with good experience around Exchange Online/ Exchange 2013 or 2016 server/ MS Teams/Onedrive and MS Intune. Individual should be passionate about technology, multi skilled and willing to work in a 24 X 7 support model under stringent SLAs.
Technical Skills:
Strong troubleshooting skills in various versions of Exchange Online/ Exchange 2013/2016
Strong troubleshooting and administration skills in MS Teams/OneDrive
Strong troubleshooting and administration skills in MS Intune
Strong skills in service outage management and end user support experience
Sound knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
Understand Networking and Windows OS concepts and PowerShell scripting
Process Skills:
Excellent Analysis and Documentation skills
Incident and Problem Management Skills
Sound ITIL knowledge
Behavioral Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Resolve technical issues of projects
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensures client satisfaction
Qualification:
At least 5 years of work experience in supporting Exchange infrastructure
At least 2 years of work experience in supporting MS Teams and MS Onedrive & Intune.
Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
