Job Description
We are looking for Legal Head to be based at Hyderabad.He should be from Infrastructure/ Construction Industry. He should be experienced in Attending Arbitration, Legal litigation, Industrial disputes, criminal complaints, petitions, memos, affidavits, Writing statements, counters, objections, Registrar office deeds, general powers of attorney, agreements etc; with exposure to civil, criminal cases in all police, ACB, CBI, land disputes, claims, accident cases, family disputes, recoveries, cheque bounce cases, sales tax tribunals, Income tax tribunals, arbitration and Debt recovery tribunals. He should be able to mobilize required Arbitrators / Advocates for the cases as the case may be. He will be responsible for complete Legal Department of the Company. He will be based in Hyderabad. (Telugu Speaking person) He should possess a min experience of 10 years in the Infrastructure Industry with the above exposure.
