Should play Subject Matter Expert (SME) role Essentials Technical Skills
SAP Basis Strong Knowledge and Hands on experience on Operations, Installations, Upgrades and Migrations
Strong Knowledge and Hands on experience in SAP Upgrades, Migration to Any Cloud or from Cloud and Unicode/S4 Conversion
. Technically fluent in Operating System Windows & Linux)
Knowledge/Hands-On on SSO like SAML, Kerberos
Knowledge/Hands-On on Fiori
Knowledge/Experience in performance tuning, System copies/Refreshes, client copies, Stack update
Ability to troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems
Provide technical expertise for resolving escalated issues. Participate in P1 issues calls & crisis resolution meetings as necessary.
Collaborate with functional teams on the integration and support of the SAP systems and new initiatives
Maintain documentation on system configurations, maintenance processes and schedules.
Participate in providing 24x7 support on rotational basis to ensure operations of these critical systems for different customers
Flexibility in working all the shifts according to the requirement Desirable Skills : Expertise in one of the following areas Scripting/Automation SAP application migration to Cloud
