  2. Experience of handling a call center
    1. Lead generation and qualification
    2. Experience of running online campaigns
    3. Analysis of calls and customer interaction to increase leads
    4. Cost effective management of call center
  3. Accountable for Lead Generation Targets & Customer Appointment through call center
    1. Deliver cost efficiencies and increased in Customer Satisfaction Scores.
    2. Daily monitoring of call center activities ensuring achievement of daily calls, contactibility, lead generation & conversion ratio
  4. End to end reporting of enquiries from allocation to conversion

Control on unattended escalated leads for the respective regions
