Job Description

a. PPC Manager is responsible for making and production Plan based on established
guidelines and priorities .PPC Manager will get Monthly Projections from Sales Head by end of the month
for next month
b. PPC Manager will make and production plan for next month and get it approved from
SCM Head taking the view point of Production Head, Procurement Manager, Marketing Head.
c. PPC Manager will update Production head with weekly plan with a CC to SCM head.
3. Raw Material Planning
a. PPC Manager will send approved and production plan to Procurement Manager and
CC to Raw Material assistant.
b. PPC Manager should track daily updates on purchase orders to ensure on time deliveries of raw materials.
c. PPC Manager should work with the Procurement to coordinate the raw material situation and make the
status report to Production Manager for proper production and accordingly make weekly production plan
4. Production
a. PPC Manager is responsible for collecting WIP data of various stages from production (all the numbers on
production status from all the stream) and get it fed into live system TCS ERP and Implementing the MIS
system to Track the Production.
b. Maintain record all material issues on the production floor: defects, loss, scrap, and make the Material Loss
Report.
5. Dispatch Plan
a. Schedule dispatch orders based on material availability and capacity.
b. PPC Manager along with assistant will send daily despatch plan to Logistic Manager.
